Parta Dialogue entered into an Investor Relation Agreement

Montreal, Paris, October 14 2011, PARTA Dialogue Inc. (TSXV: PAD), expert in Social Campaign Optimization and Social Learning for businesses, announces that it entered into an Investor Relation agreement with Mr. Serge Beausoleil.

Mr. Serge Beausoleil has more than 20 years experience in the Canadian Securities field. He has held various positions in reputed brokerage offices as an Investment Specialist. Mr. Beausoleil has a strong experience in the following fields: Finance, Business Management, Sales management, establishment of marketing strategies, partnership agreements and strategic alliances negotiations and finally, in communications. Mr. Beausoleil is a shareholder of the Company.

The effective period of the agreement is one year. In collaboration with PARTA’s management and close collaborators, Mr. Beausoleil will develop and deliver the Investor Communication Plan along with the Investor Communication Strategy. He will also help the Company organize and actively participate in the Investor’s Presentation Tour. For his services, Mr. Beausoleil will receive professional fees of $3,000 per month and will be granted stock options to acquire up to 600,000 common shares of PARTA at the Price of $0.10, exercisable for a one year term from that date providing this Agreement continues to be in good standing; ¼ vesting on the date of grant and ¼ of the options vesting in each subsequent 3 month periods.
