PARTA Completes Second Tranche of New Private Placement

MONTREAL AND PARIS, July 26, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ – PARTA DIALOGUE INC. (“Parta”) (TSXV: PAD), a leader in Social Media and Social Learning for businesses is pleased to announce it has completed the second tranche of a private placement previously announced on July 18, 2011, for total combined gross proceeds of $180,000.

The second tranche consisted of 750,000 units issued at a price of $0.09 per unit for gross proceeds of $67,500. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one half (1/2) common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share of Parta at the price of $0.25 for a period of 18 months.

Securities issued as part of this second tranche are subject to a hold period until November 26, 2011. For this placement, $900 in finder’s fee has been paid to Canaccord Genuity Corp.

Completion of this placement is subject to regulatory approval including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
