Parta completes a Private Placement

MONTREAL, Quebec and PARIS, France, March 24, 2011 – PARTA DIALOGUE INC.
(“Parta”) (TSX-V: PAD), is pleased to announce it has completed a first tranche of a private placement of up to $350,000 by issuing 1,850,000 units issued at a price of $0.07 per unit for total gross proceeds of $129,500. Each Unit is composed of one common share and one half (1/2) common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), each whole warrant will allow the holder to purchase an additional common share of Parta at the price of $0.25 for a period of 18 months. Parta expects to complete the second tranche of the private placement within the coming weeks.

Securities issued as part of this offering will be subject to a hold period until July 25, 2011.

Finder’s fees of 5% of gross proceeds raised will be paid to Raymond James Ltd for a total of $2,100.
