PARTA Dialogue Inc. (TSXV: PAD), expert in Social Media and Social Learning for businesses, announces its intention to complete in the coming weeks a non-brokered private placement of up to $153,000.

Parta Dialogue Inc. is pleased to announce its intention to complete in the coming weeks a non-brokered private placement of up to $153,000, comprised of up to 1,700,000 units at a price of $0.09 per unit, each unit comprised of one common share and one half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling its holder to acquire one common share of Parta at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of 18 months following closing.

Completion of the contemplated private placement is subject to regulatory approval including that of the TSS Venture Exchange.
