Parta Announces Option Grants
MONTREAL, June 30, 2010
Parta Sustainable Solutions Inc. (“Parta” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: PAS), in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc., granted options to acquire an aggregate of 1,830,000 common shares of its capital stock at an exercise price of $0.10 per share to directors, officers and consultants of Parta, such options to be exercised by no later than June 29, 2015, the whole in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of Parta’s stock option plan.
