<p>Montreal, Paris, January 31, 2012. PARTA Dialogue Inc. (TSXV: PAD), experts in Social Campaign Optimization and Social Learning, announce that it has entered into an Investor Relations agreement with Relations Publiques Paradox Inc. (“Paradox”).  Paradox will focus on developing and expanding Parta’s communications with the investment community through a comprehensive investor relations program. Paradox is a Montreal-based investor relations firm founded in 2001 which provides specialised services to micro and small cap companies to help broaden investor exposure and develop a shareholder following.</p>
<p>The effective period of the agreement is 18 months. In collaboration with PARTA&#8217;s management and close collaborators, Paradox will market Parta’s services to the investment community, organize presentations and provide e-mail and incoming call services. Paradox will also assist the Company in organizing and will actively participate in an investor’s presentation tour. For their services, Paradox will receive professional fees of $6,000 per month (plus applicable taxes) and will receive stock options to acquire up to 150,000 common shares of PARTA at the price of $0.10, exercisable during the duration of the agreement; ¼ vesting on the date of grant and ¼ of the options vesting in each subsequent 3 month period.</p>

<p>Montreal, Paris, January 31, 2012. PARTA Dialogue Inc. (TSXV: PAD), -experts in Social Campaign Optimization and Social Learning for businesses, released results for the quarter ending November 30, 2011. Revenues have increased by 30% compared to the quarter ending August 31, 2011. When compared to a six-month period in the previous fiscal year, Parta’s revenues for this same period in the present fiscal year have actually increased by 78%.</p>
<p>PARTA has also announced a positive EBITDA of $ 40,121 for the quarter ending November 30, 2011 compared to a positive EBITDA of $28,686 for the previous fiscal quarter. For the six-month period ending November 30, 2011, PARTA shows a positive EBITDA of $68,108. These results compare to a negative EBITDA of ($216,573) over the same period in the previous fiscal year, November 30, 2010 (“year-on-year”). This growth is consolidated by-the signing of new long term contracts. “We are very excited to feel market traction and to enter into new agreements with our blue chip clients. Our results demonstrate a strong and steady momentum towards profitability”’ stated Parta’s CEO, Paul Allard. </p>

(<em>TSXV: PAD</em>), the social media optimization experts predicts that in 2012, the next frontier for tech companies will be the measurement of performance, cost-efficiency and return on investment of corporate social media investments.</p>
<p>“With roughly 100,000 brand pages on Facebook currently collectively boasting over 1 Billion followers, it is clear that companies large and small have learnt how to build a following online. Now, the questions top managers are asking are ‘Is social media working for us? Is it making us money?’ Tools that can answer these questions will be hot stuff in 2012,” states Tom Liacas, M.A., Parta Dialogue’s VP Social Media.</p>
<p>Market activity directly reflects the rising value accorded to social media analytics solutions, according to Liacas. “Two recent milestones in this area are the acquisition of analytics company Omniture, by Adobe, for $1.8 billion in 2009 and the recent 2011 buyout of Radian 6’s social media monitoring software by Salesforce. Both of these transactions demonstrate that large online solutions providers are eagerly looking to acquire analytics tools to answer client demand,” states Liacas.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Parta Dialogue</strong> has organized a prospective debate on the future of mobility for the two year anniversary of the interactive platform Eco-mobility.tv. The purpose of the event was to use the dynamics of interactive dialogue in order to generate collective intelligence. During the conference, attending experts and bloggers used iPads to share their ideas with citizens from all around the world through social networks. The event was live streamed; therefor internet users could directly interact with the debate and helped imagine sustainable mobility in 2025.</p>
<p>During the events, 784 tweets in French and English used the hashtag #mob2025.</p>

<p><strong>Anne-Sophie Novel</strong>, Ecolo-Info founder, moderated the debate during which the experts highlighted a few key points:</p>
<p><strong>Bruno Marzloff, Groupe Chronos: </strong>“Today, there is a peak driving similar to the peak oil with an exponential inflation of travels. In order to address this issue we need the government and institutions to take a strong stand to develop a new kind of mobility. Transversal answers appear, for example, internet allows managing everyday tasks without traveling with e-shopping and remote working. In order to develop this new kind of mobility, we need to be even more creative than Jules Verne.”</p>
<p><strong>Robin Chase, Buzzcar: “</strong>When it comes to cars, the paradigm is currently shifting from the object to the use. The economy of car as a service needs to be developed. One way to do it is by adding transparency to car traveling costs.”</p>
<p><strong>Eric Lemerle, </strong>in charge of new mobility at <strong>Renault</strong>: “The biggest challenge is to go from a niche market to a mass behavior by building human ecosystems based on sustainability. Today the aim of innovation is to mitigate the impact of constrained mobility through awareness raising and improved efficiency. With its range, electric car makes the driver more sensitive to energy consumption and generates more responsible behaviors.”</p>
<p><strong>Ludovic Bu, </strong>writer of the book <strong>« Les transports, la planète et le citoyen »: </strong>“We could live differently by changing our practices. It is a good thing to find new solutions, but we need to be more efficient with what already exists. Today, there is an average of 1.2 passengers per car; we could raise this number with carpooling. When we look at developing countries, we see that people do not need regulation to find solutions, necessity leads to creativity.”</p>
<p>To conclude, there are many solutions for mobility in 2025 and intermodality will be the key, as we can see from the survey taken by the 106 people attending #mob2025.</p>

<p>The debtor, Adrian Teuscher, is also a director and shareholder of Parta Dialogue Inc., and as such, is also an insider of Parta. Pursuant to the policies of the Exchange and Multilateral Instrument 61-101 &#8211; Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions, the transaction is classified as a &#8220;related party transaction&#8221;, and is exempted from valuation and shareholder approval requirements as the fair market value of the transaction does not exceed 25% of PARTA&#8217;s market capitalization.&#8221;   </p>
